Women comedians are rare enough; lesbian stand-up is a minority within a minority.

Kitty Minge, the Good Time Girl in this Feast Festival equation, has exactly what it takes to throw off these labels and make it big in mainstream comedy if she could only keep her clothes on at the same time.

She's a bit fabric challenged, you see, and old habits die hard.

The creation of British-raised, Sydney-based writer and actor Katrina Fox, Ms Minge is an outlandishly outspoken, statuesque and curvaceous sex worker who has pretty much seen it all and is happy to tell in her rapid-fire, tarty East End accent.

But there's a brilliant brain behind this body, frenetically weaving highly complex diatribes on social issues and world affairs into her dirty talk, without so much as pausing for breath while the audience members are left gasping.

The Eastender accent is flawless, but so are the other nationalities and characters Ms Minge slips into as she becomes an American gay evangelist, takes on Britney Spears, and outlines the evils of genetically modified foods.
